These terms govern the vehicle wrapping, PPF application, and paint detailing services provided by Allstars Wrapz. By booking a service, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
We provide paint protection film installation, vinyl wrapping, and technical polishing. Work is performed at our studio in São Paulo. We do not repair pre-existing paint defects unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before the service begins.
The vehicle must be delivered clean and free of personal items. Any existing damage, aftermarket parts, or non-standard paint must be reported prior to the start of the job. We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed prior modifications.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare, environmental factors, or accidents occurring after the vehicle leaves our facility. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of pickup.
Either party may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to modify these terms with a 30-day notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
